Today in PA, we started the day with a very bright sun and clear skies. Within about 2 hours an incredible amount of sky webbing (chemtrails) completely covered the sky. Male Relative said the baddies (my word) were putting a “Dark Halo” up so they could “return to perfection” (their description) and renewing their reign.

I also wanted to offer advice to help with these symptoms and illnesses. Garlic including odor-free garlic will help to clear the chest congestion. Garlic along with onions are nature’s antibiotic, antimicrobial and antifungal.

Since we have been deprived of sunlight we are likely vitamin D deficient. If you put this into your routine, it will boost immunity and mood. Seasonal Affective Disorder is thought to be sourced from low Vit D.

Finally, Elderberry. We swear by it every winter. I make Elderberry syrup with the berries, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and honey. It has been proven Bird flu (H1N1) cannot live around elderberries. It boosts the immune system. Rosemary Gladstar has a good recipe and good directions. Mine is close to hers. If you cannot get the ingredients, Sambucol is an elderberry syrup that can be used over the counter.

We also use a good strong pine scented candle to help clean the air. Oh one more thing…if your eyes and mucus membranes feel dried out, which we experience often here, use coconut oil. You can put it on the mucus membranes like the nasal area or lips and you can put it on your eyelids to help moisturize them without the greasiness or chemicals of petroleum jelly.

I wish everyone good health and as much happiness as you can muster in these trying times.
