The words (vibrational states of being) states that activate the chakras and therefore the merkaba in sequence are as follows
1 letting go
2 accepting
3 appreciating
4 grateful
5 joyful
6 peaceful
7 free
8 loving

Holding each thought for a full inhalation and exhaled breath. Then when loving in reached holding the experience for as long as possible.

Activation can also occur and primed from alternating between letting go and loving. The sequence is best performed at the end of a long meditation where letting go is your primary state of being during such meditation.

The dual structure of our universe are fully represented in the first two states. I.e. Letting go and accepting. This is what physicality is made up of. The emotional body is made up of the rest. Contemplate this and much will be revealed about our world and how it operates in the physical side of life. All we do in every moment is let go or accept!
