Education itself sets this pattern of forced compliance, conformism and fear, beginning with early school. We cannot imagine how many brilliant discoveries and important truths are suppressed by those in academia who punish true innovation.
How modern cosmologists actually behave more like the church did in those times of Galileo. How they ignore & suppress data & opposing ideas & how they exhibit the same dogmatic attachment to the ideas of an established paradigm in the face of contrary evidence just like the church of old.
They consider themselves the voice of reason & objectivity & ignore anything that does not fit with their world view & ideology just like religious folk used to. This is what passes for science today. It’s comical how the people in science engaged in paradigm maintenance & not objective study actually believe themselves to be different from people of faith.

One instance of the Saturn myth can be verified with the help of a small telescope: Saturn is in chains. Instead of solving anything, this fact presents a new problem that demands a solution. How did the ancient Greeks and Romans know that Saturn is encircled by rings? It is strange that this question was not asked before.
