Okay, so what is the best form of nutrition, nourishment, for our protection?

It brings to mind these thoughts, for me. The Christ child within the Madonna…Mother Mary….M!!! It is she, the mother…and every mother-to-be…. providing automatic nourishment…to the child within.
So Mother Earth is pregnant with child, and is nourishing herself and her child (producing a new life, out of her own life/body)…..absorbing and taking in nourishing substance/food/energy.
Also having an inherent power of action. Inherent POWER. Which is what Hatter recently shared…Shiva does not HAVE power….he IS power!
