Parts of Venezuela remain without power a day after the country faced its fourth largest blackout this year.
The power outage comes just a few days after Venezuela accused the United States of violating its airspace.
This latest power outage has left many people without access to clean water, phone service and the internet.
Venezuela’s government has blamed the United States for previous outages.
But this time, some people are blaming the Maduro administration for neglecting to take care of the nation’s power grid.

Crippling falsehoods and false assumptions
A mother and a daughter were preparing a holiday meal together. The daughter attentively watches her mother prepare the ham and place it into the roasting pan.
“Mother, why do you always cut the ends off the ham before you put it into the pan?”
“Uh, well I don’t really know, dear. My mother taught me to do it that way when I was about your age. When grandma comes for dinner today, let’s ask her.”
A while later grandma arrives and strolls into the kitchen to offer some help with the dinner preparations.
“Mother, I was remembering our holidays together and wondering why you always cut the ends off the ham before you put it into the roasting pan. Why was that?”
“Honey, that was so that the ham would fit the pan.”
What is more insane than doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result? Doing the same thing over and over again in the same way and NOT expecting a different result because you fail to ask the question WHY.
