Russia Is Planning To Destroy Incoming Meteor Shower Debris Field?

After all the Governments warning their citizens to prepare to live without electricity for up to ten days or more, the puzzle pieces are really beginning to fall into place. Russia also supposedly moved High Command to their DUMBS (Deep Underground Military Bases) for reasons still unknown at this time. Myself and many others assumed a few different scenarios about why they are warning everyone. Now there is a new possible reason.
