Hello Hatter! I am a friend of Michelle A and have read some of your posts but just started to follow your site. I am a shiatsu/massage therapist practitioner, love this….one of your posts helped me to remember how much I love chanting. I have started to chant while I am working on clients and it really helps to not feel drained as, I also take care of my mom and have a half karma brother who verbally abuses on me. Hence, I have started to chant in the morning, at night and any time in between. It has helped immensely and I know it can help with my brother.
